Pay

60,000-100,000 per year (Hourly + Production Bonuses Based on Skill Level)

The Role

This is not an entry-level technician position. We are looking for skilled, motivated techs who take pride in their work and want stability, growth, and respect.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional automotive repair experience

  • Own tools

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Inspection license

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics and quality repairs

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors

  • Complete digital inspections with photos/videos

  • Maintain clean, organized work area

  • Meet productivity and quality standards
