Automotive Service Manager

Service Manager – Your Buddy Steve’s Garage
Pay Range: $80,000 – $170,000 (based on experience + performance bonuses)

Your Buddy Steve’s Garage is a busy, fast-growing, family-run auto repair and full-service fueling business in Bensalem. We’re known for honest communication, high-quality work, and a friendly, no-ego shop culture. We take care of our team so they can take great care of our customers. We’re looking for a true Service Manager — not an entry-level role — someone who wants to help lead a strong team and grow with us.

Hours / Work-Life Balance
Monday–Friday only. We value your weekends — they’re for family, friends, and actually having a life outside the shop.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and accountability

  • Excellent communication with customers & techs

  • Self-motivated, organized, calm under pressure

  • Ability to manage workflow, sales process, and people

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years automotive service advisor/manager experience

  • Proven track record with sales, ARO, and team management

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume shop

  • Comfortable with digital inspections and modern shop software

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of technicians

  • Oversee customer experience from intake to final delivery

  • Drive sales through transparent, ethical communication

  • Audit inspections, parts, and job pricing before presenting

  • Maintain workflow, scheduling, and shop organization

  • Support and improve shop systems as we grow

  • Uphold standards, culture, and daily operations
